8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in respect of Zurich Insurance Company (DIFC Branch). The User submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the DIFC as the case may be. In the event that this Agreement is translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail.
